Hotel Reservation Networks goes public

Dallas Business Journal

Dallas-based Hotel Reservations Network Inc. (Nasdaq: ROOM), an online hotel room discounter, launched its initial public offering of 5.4 million shares of Class A common stock at $16 per share. At midday, the stock traded at $25.25, a 57% gain.
