The Overland Park Marriott has completed a $20 million hotel renovation.

The renovation started in April and included all 398 guest rooms and suites, hotel corridors, the concierge lounge, the ballroom and 14,000 square feet of meeting space, Marriott International Inc. (NYSE: MAR) said in a release Friday.

“The exterior update gives the hotel a completely new look and feel, and greatly contributes to the city’s overall revitalization and redevelopment of the Metcalf Avenue Corridor,” Mark Ravenscraft, area general manager of Marriott Hotels in the Kansas City market, said in the release.

The Overland Park Marriott is owned by Integrated Capital LLC.
