Davidson Hotel completes Connecticut renovation project

Davidson Hotel Co. has completed a $20 million renovation of the 10-story, 380-room Holiday Inn Stamford Downtown in Connecticut.
Davidson and Ohio-based Rockbridge Capital are joint venture owners of the property. Davidson also manages the hotel.
The property features 20,000 square feet of meeting space, which was part of the renovation, along with a new health club and indoor pool. Every guest room was also updated.
