Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis has received a $263,060 grant from the Plough Foundation to help in the development of its new Trinity Park residential project.
Trinity Park is an 8.6-acre development in the Oakhaven community near Memphis International Airport. Habitat for Humanity plans to build 38 single-family residences in the development.
Habitat previously secured a $450,000 grant from the city of Memphis to help cover the $1 million infrastructure costs for the project.
Habitat hopes to break ground on the project in March and start on the first phase of homes by September.
