Banc One executives form venture firm

H. Wayne Foreman, Robert Cook Jr. and Daniel Jagla, the senior management of Banc One Venture Corp., Milwaukee, resigned to form Cedar Creek Partners with financial backing from Banc One. Cedar Creek will form a $50 million to $80 million limited partnership for future investments and will be controlled by Foreman, Cook and Jagla. Banc One has committed to subscribe for as much as $15 million of the prospective limited partnership investments of Cedar Creek. Banc One Venture is being consolidated into Banc One Capital Partners LP in Columbus, Ohio.
