ATG, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics enter e-commerce agreement

Art Technology Group Inc. and Brentwood-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics are going to work together to offer integrated e-commerce and order fulfillment for online retail customers.
Terms of the agreement were not announced.
ATG's e-commerce products are used by over 900 major brands, including AT&T, Best Buy,Coca Cola, Continental Airlines, CVS, Dell, Jenny Craig, Louis Vuitton, Macy's, Mercedes Benz,Microsoft, Neiman Marcus, New York & Company, NutriSystem, OfficeMax,Target, T-Mobile, Tommy Hilfiger and Walgreens.
OH Logistics is one of the largest third-party logistics companies in the world. The company provides supply chain management solutions including international and domestic transportation, warehousing, and customs brokerage.
The company employs 5,000 people in Middle Tennessee.
The addition of OH Logistics' services builds upon ATG's e-commerce capabilities by adding personalization, dynamic merchandising, and e-commerce optimization services such as automated recommendations and click to call.
"The partnership introduces a new front-end offering to our services," says OH Logistics' president of contract logistics, Bob Spieth, in a release. "Our experience in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer fulfillment positioned us well to join ATG and offer customers an even more integrated solution."
