Columbia/HCA restructures again

Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corp. announced that it is restructuring its Florida division once again. Just two months ago, Columbia combined its Orlando and Tampa divisions. Now, it is combining the Orlando division with all of its Southwest and South Florida divisions, with Orlando's Joe Swedish in charge. Overall, Columbia will have three divisions now instead of five.
