The company provides information about audience size and demographics to about 4,600 stations in 300 media markets in the US and Mexico. In addition, about 1,500 advertising agencies subscribe to its information. It also provides software to analyze information on media audience. The company has annual revenue of about $310 million and employs about 1,700 people. In September 2005, it acquired, for $4.5 million in cash, Integrated Radio Systems, L.L.C., a New Orleans based Integrated Radio Systems provider of software systems that help radio stations manage their advertising sales process and automate the daily tasks in a sales department.
