Hawaii company wins $29M Army contract

A Hawaii technology company has been awarded a joint contract for $29 million from the U.S. Army.
Ventura Technology Enterprises of Waipahu and Virginia-based STG Inc. were awarded the five-year contract to provide information technology services to the Army’s Pacific-Theater Network Operations and Security Center.
“Ventura Technology has over 10 years of experience performing I.T. and systems engineering support services to PacRim customers within the Department of Defense,” said Bob Ventura, president and CEO of Ventura Technology, in a statement.
Ventura Technology is an SBA 8(a) company that provides unique support to areas such as intelligence, operations and telecommunications systems.
