Pacific Business News (Honolulu)

Three business leaders have been named as laureates in the Junior Achievement Hawaii Business Hall of Fame for 2009.

Dean Okimoto of Nalo Farms Inc., Herbert M. Richards Jr. of Kahua Ranch and Susanna F. Cheung of Helemano Plantation will be inducted into the organization’s hall of fame in March.

The three are being recognized “for their outstanding contributions to free enterprise and the promise of a better, stronger society.”

They will join 67 men and women, including PBN founder George Mason, who have been named to the Junior Achievement Hawaii Business Hall of Fame since 1990.
