Sacramento Business Journal

California Bank & Trust is opening a branch in Roseville on Dec. 15.

The bank, which has three branches in Sacramento, also has hired Gene Marcucci Bell as senior vice president and regional manager for the Sacramento region to lead the bank’s growth in the region. California Bank Trust operates on a regional-headquarter system to encourage local decision making and relationship-based banking.

Marcucci Bell comes to the bank from Exchange Bank where she was a senior lender. Prior to that she was executive vice president and director of retail banking at Humboldt Bancorp, which was acquired by Umpqua Bancorp.

The Roseville branch will be managed by Doris Manning, who was hired as Roseville vice president. Manning was most recently with Exchange Bank in Roseville as premier banking officer. She was previously with River City Bank and Wells Fargo Bank.

The bank, at 925 Highland Point, will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday starting Dec. 15th.
